Challenge
The Big Brew Up is one of SSAFA’s annual fund raising events. A PR launch and public awareness event was held in Soho Square, London at the start of the UK wide fund raising campaign.
Solution
A military themed Mad Hatters tea party was held, with a top table and staff dressed in uniforms and helmets. Matt Baker and Miss London attended for a press call.
Tea and cakes donated by The Hummingbird Bakery and Tea Pigs were given away free. A military band entertained the crowd and a number of bespoke games were created to engage passer-bys.
