Challenge
To promote B&Q across the UK and drive visitors in store with activities that ‘Surprise and Delight’. Focus on families.
Solution
A series of events were created running from May to December 2017. Events took place in store and included popular kids character meet and greets, kids craft workshops, face-painters, BBQ’s, garden parties and one off promotions. The year ended with a visit from Father Christmas in his Grotto. All events were pre-promoted by the local marketing team.
